【摘要】 选择经同期发情处理的妊娠科尔沁牛5头(2~3胎),于分娩-14、-6、-2、0、2、6、14d颈静脉采血,分离淋巴细胞,采用RT-PCR、Western blotting法分别检测淋巴细胞的HSP70mRNA与蛋白表达。结果显示,各受试牛的HSP70mRNA与蛋白表达变化趋势基本一致,即从-14d开始逐渐下调,0d最低,继而再逐渐上调。结果表明,HSP70作为淋巴细胞内重要伴侣分子,随着分娩的启动和发生其表达抑制显著增强,但在分娩后被迅速解除,其表达逐渐上调。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was performed to determine the dynamic patterns of HSP70 expression on peripheral blood lymphocytes in perinatal Horqin cattle.Five pregnant Horqin cattle were selected from ten multiparity ones(Parity2-3)treated by estrous synchronization and artificial insemination,lymphocytes were separated from peripheral blood by vein blood collection on-14,-6,-2,0,2,6and 14d of parturition.The expression of HSP70 mRNA and protein was detected respectively by RT-PCR and Western blotting.Results showed that the trends of expression of HSP70 mRNA and protein were consistent,the expression was gradually down-regulated from-14d to 0d(minimum)and then gradually up-regulated.It indicated that,as a key chaperones in lymphocytes,the inhibition of HSP70 expression was enhanced with the initiation and process of parturition and quickly relieved in the postpartum period.更多还原
