【摘要】 【目的】探讨肥胖儿童血清omentin-1、vaspin水平及其与脂代谢的关系。【方法】59名儿童参加本研究,肥胖组30人,年龄(9.43±2.02)岁,对照组29人,年龄(10.3±2.2)岁,两组年龄无显著差异(P>0.05)。采用ELISA法检测血清omentin-1和vaspin水平。采用生化检测测定空腹血脂和空腹血糖。采用化学发光法检测空腹胰岛素。计算每个个体的体质量指数(BMI)、体质量指数Z积分(BMI-SDS)及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。【结果】肥胖组的BMI(24.8±3.4)较对照组(16.2±3.2)显著升高(P=0.000)。与对照组相比,肥胖组具有较高的胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、HOMA-IR水平(P均<0.05)。相关因素分析发现:肥胖组血清omentin-1水平与HDL-C呈正相关(rs=0.405,P=0.026);肥胖组女童血清omentin-1水平与TC((rs=0.614,P<0.05)呈正相关。肥胖组女童血清vaspin水平与TC(rs=-0.621,P=0.031)、LDL-C(rs=-0.678,P=0.015)呈负相关。【结论】肥胖儿童血清omentin-1水平及肥胖女童血清vaspin水平与脂代谢关系密切,血清vaspin水平还可能与性别及青春分期有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To investigate the serum levels of omentin-1 and vaspin in obese children and their correlation with lipid metabolism.【Method】 59 children participated in the study,30 of which were obese [(9.43±2.02) years old] and 29 were non-obese controls [(10.3±2.2) years old],without statistical difference in age between the 2 groups.Serum levels of omentin-1 and vaspin were measured by ELISA method.The concentrations of triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(TC),fasting plasma glucose(FPG) and fasting insulin(FINS) were also measured.Body mass index standard deviation score(BMI-SDS) and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR) were calculated for all participants.【Results】 A significant difference of BMI between obese group and control group(24.8 ± 3.4 vs 16.2 ± 3.2,P = 0.000) was observed.Serum levels of TC,LDL-C,FINS,HOMA-IR were significantly higher in obese group than those in control group(all P < 0.05).Serum level of omentin-1 was positively correlated with HDL-C(rs= 0.405,P = 0.026) in obese children.The positive correlations between serum omentin-1 and TC((rs=0.614,P < 0.05) in obese girls.The negative correlation between serum vaspin and TC(rs=-0.621,P = 0.031),LDL-C(rs=-0.678,P = 0.015) in obese girls.【Conclusions】 Serum omentin-1 levels of obese children and serum vaspin levels of obese girls were associated with lipid metabolism,may take part in the lipid metabolism pathogenesis of children obese.Serum vaspin levels may be relate to gender,puberty.更多还原
