【摘要】 目的探讨改良牙冠延长术与正畸牵引加牙冠延长术对上前牙复杂根折的治疗效果。方法 80例上前牙复杂根折患者,依据治疗措施不同进行临床分组,治疗Ⅰ组40例,采用单独牙冠延长术治疗;治疗Ⅱ组40例,采用正畸牵引联合牙冠延长术治疗。观察两组疗效。结果治疗Ⅱ组上前牙复杂根折患者美学效果评分和功能满意评分明显优于治疗Ⅰ组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正畸牵引加牙冠延长术对上前牙复杂根折治疗效果明显,预后良好,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effects between modified crown lengthening surgery and orthodontic traction combined with crown lengthening surgery in the treatment of maxillary anterior teeth complex root fracture. Methods A total of 80 patients with maxillary anterior teeth complex root fracture were divided into groups according to different treatment measures. The treatment Ⅰ group(n=40) received crown lengthening surgery for treatment alone, and the treatment Ⅱ group(n=40) received orthodontic traction combined with crown lengthening surgery for treatment. The curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results The aesthetic score and functional satisfaction score of the treatment Ⅱ group were better than those of the treatment Ⅰ group, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Orthodontic traction combined with crown lengthening surgery can provide good curative effect and prognosis in the treatment of maxillary anterior teeth complex root fracture, and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.更多还原
