【摘要】 目的探讨美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服联合锡类散保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法 72例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组36例。对照组患者仅给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服治疗,实验组患者给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服联合锡类散保留灌肠治疗。观察比较两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果实验组患者的总有效率97.22%明显高于对照组80.56%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对溃疡性结肠炎患者采用美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服联合锡类散保留灌肠可以明显提高治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率,可减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oral administration of mesalazine entericcoated tablets combined with retention enema of Xilei san in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods A total of 72 cases of ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, and each group contained 36 cases. The control group only received mesalazine enteric-coated tablets through oral administration, and the experimental group was treated by oral administration of mesalazine enteric-coated tablets combined with retention enema of Xilei san. Curative effects and adverse reactions were observed and compared in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.22%, which was significantly higher than 80.56% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Oral administration of mesalazine enteric-coated tablets combined with retention enema of Xilei san in the treatment of ulcerative colitis can obviously improve curative effect, reduce incidence of adverse reactions and relief patients’ pain.
