【Abstract】 Costimulatory molecules play a vital role of cell-mediated immunity,which is main component of anti-tumor immunity.As one kind of costimulatory molecules,B7-CD28 is to stimulate anti-tumor immune response.Due to lack of expression of B7-CD28 molecules in tumor cells,the body’s anti-tumor effect was significantly reduced.Then the body would regain active immune response capability after gene therapy reexpressed B7-CD28 in tumor cells.更多还原
