共刺激分子B7-CD28在肿瘤免疫研究中的进展
Progress of costimulatory molecules B7-CD28 in tumor immunity
【摘要】 抗肿瘤免疫以细胞免疫为主,共刺激分子发挥了相当重要的作用。B7-CD28是激发机体抗肿瘤免疫应答的共刺激信号,由于肿瘤细胞缺乏B7分子的表达,机体抗肿瘤作用显著降低。转基因治疗后,可以使机体重新获得对肿瘤的主动免疫应答能力。
【Abstract】 Costimulatory molecules play a vital role of cell-mediated immunity,which is main component of anti-tumor immunity.As one kind of costimulatory molecules,B7-CD28 is to stimulate anti-tumor immune response.Due to lack of expression of B7-CD28 molecules in tumor cells,the body’s anti-tumor effect was significantly reduced.Then the body would regain active immune response capability after gene therapy reexpressed B7-CD28 in tumor cells.
