【Abstract】 Gliomas are the most common tumors of the central nervous system tumors. As the serious threat to human health, it is also the highest incidence of primary malignant tumor. With the numbers of the study, people have a deeper understanding of gliomas, and propose the concept of glioma stem cell(glioma stem cell, GSC).
