【摘要】 瓷嵌体是一种嵌入牙体内部以恢复缺损牙体形态和功能的修复体。随着瓷材料、粘接技术和新型工艺的发展,银汞使用的安全性备受争议,而全瓷的优点日益显现,主要表现为良好的生物相容性、美学效果、耐腐蚀性和耐磨损性,连续密合性高,邻面可高度抛光形成良好的邻接关系等,目前瓷嵌体的临床应用越来越广泛。全瓷嵌体在临床应用中出现的主要问题有折裂、敏感症、适合性、维持边缘完整性、微渗漏、粘接失败以及粘接层的磨耗等。即便如此,与其他形式审美学的冠内修复体相比较,全瓷嵌体仍具有更好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ceramic inlay is a kind of dental restorations, which is embedded inside to restore the morphology and function of decayed tooth. With the development of ceramic materials,bonding techniques and new technology,issues of amalgam safety were given much doubt,whereas the ceramic with good biocompatibility,aesthetic effect,corrosion resistance and adjacency relations had led to the wide use of all ceramic inlays in dental restoration. Clinical studies have been carried out with various evaluation techniques to assess the clinical performance of all-ceramic inlays. The major problems associated with ceramic inlay therapy appear to be fracture,hypersensitivity,degree of fit,maintenance of marginal integrity,microleakage,bond failures and cement wear. However,when compared with other forms of aesthetic intra-coronal restorations,ceramic inlays work well.更多还原
