【摘要】 目的:研究中药外敷配合穴位按摩对促进剖腹产术后胃肠功能的影响。方法:将在广安市人民医院进行剖宫产的产妇130例纳入研究对象,随机分为产后给予中药外敷配合穴位按摩的观察组和仅给予穴位按摩的对照组,观察产后胃肠功能、全身情况以及负面情绪情况。结果:观察组患者的腹胀持续时间、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间及住院总时间均短于对照组;术后5 d时,两组产妇负面情绪评分均低于术后1 d时,且观察组产妇的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组。结论:中药外敷配合穴位按摩有助于促进剖宫产后胃肠功能和全身情况恢复,缓解焦虑和抑郁情绪,具有积极的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of external application of Chinese medicine combined with point massage on promotig gastrointestinal function recovery after caesarean section. Method: Patients received cesarean section in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group given external application of Chinese medicine combined with point massage and control group only given point massage. Then postpartum gastrointestinal function,general condition and negative emotions were observed. Result: Abdominal distension duration,exhaust time,ambulation time and hospitalization time of observation group were shorter than control group; 5 d after caesarean section,negative mood scores were lower than those 1 d after caesarean section, hamilton anxiety scale( HAMA),hamilton depression scale( HAMD),self rating anxiety scale( SAS),self rating depression scale( SDS) scores of observation group were lower than control group. Conclusion: External application of Chinese medicine combined with point massage have positive clinical value for it can promot the recovery of gastrointestinal function and general condition and relief of anxiety and depression after caesarean section.更多还原
