【摘要】 在深入解析中国专利数量之后,具体分析中国专利数量快速增长的原因及存在的问题。由于中国专利制度的特殊性,对中国专利数量不应简单从总量上进行统计和评判,而应当根据专利类型分别进行。当前我国发明专利数量仍然不足,在关注质量的同时应当加强数量积累。实用新型和外观设计专利数量很大,但还有待通过量的积累进一步促进质的飞跃。针对上述问题提出建议,以使专利数量的增长与经济社会的发展相适应。更多还原

【Abstract】 After in-depth analysis of China’s patent quantity, this article specifi cally analyzes the reasons for rapid growth of China’s patent quantity and its problems. Because of the particularity of China patent system, it shouldn’t be simply accounted and evaluated by the total amount of China’s patents, but should do it in accordance with the patent type respectively. At present, China’s invention patent quantity is still insuffi cient. We should strengthen quantitative accumulation when pay attention to quality. The number of utility models and design patents is great, and the quality should be further improved through the quantitative accumulation. Finally, aiming at these questions, this article proposes measures and suggestions in order to enable the patent quantity increase to adapt to the development of the economic and social.更多还原
