【Abstract】 Our country achieved amazing economic growth in the past decade and all this can be contributed greately to the present international economic and trade system. As a major part of international trade system, out IPR institution also made a stride after the enterance of WTO. But due to some misunderstandings of IPR policy, we also met with diffi culties in our work.
