基于粗糙集理论的矿产资源地质调查综合评价模型及其应用——以滇东南地区为例

【摘要】 矿产资源地质调查综合评价是后续矿产勘查、开发、矿山环境保护及治理等方面的综合评价的基础。评价目标是要得出评价区各矿种的优劣及保障程度,最终为即将进行的全国新一轮矿产资源规划提供技术支撑。本文以滇东南地区为例,选取了锡、锑、铜、铅锌、锰等优势矿种作为主要评价对象,并在分析省、州两级前期完成的矿产资源规划执行现状的基础上,划分出地质调查综合评价单元,基于专家打分确定出由调查评价工作程度、完成主要实物工作量及发现矿产地个数、矿产资源分布特征、调查评价技术手段,以及勘查开发政策支持等5个方面构成的指标体系,并通过粗糙集理论对构建的指标体系进行检验、筛选,采用突变级数评价模型进行评价,取得了较好的效果。

【Abstract】 A comprehensive evaluation of mineral resource geological survey is the foundation of mineral exploration,and the development,protection and management of mines. The evaluation goal is to identify the advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of minerals and the guarantee degree,and will ultimately provide technical support for the upcoming round of national mineral resources planning. Using southeastern Yunnan has a case study,here we take tin,antimony,copper,lead,zinc,manganese and other minerals as the main evaluation objects. Based on the analysis of the implementation status of mineral resources planning pre-finished by province and prefecture,we determine the division of comprehensive evaluation unit for geological survey. On the basis of expert scoring,an index system was established consisting of investigation and evaluation degree,main physical workload completed and the corresponding effects,mineral resource endowment characteristics,investigation and evaluation techniques,and policy support for exploration and development. Inspecting and screening the index system and evaluating it were done using rough set theory and a mutation series evaluation model respectively. We found that the evaluation district composite score ranking by SWW to NEE was a downward trend after rising first;a peak was reached in the DQ05 area. For tin,tungsten,silver,cupro-nickel,lead,zinc and skarn-type iron ore,the advantages of endogenetic metallic mineral resources in southeastern Yunnan have a close symbiotic relationship. In southeastern Yunnan,tin,antimony and tungsten have the most concentrated distribution;gold,iron ore are the most widely distributed;copper,lead and zinc are closely associated;and the mineralization environmental is diverse. The evaluation area composite score ranking reflects the current red state and Wenshan Prefecture,and mineral resource prospects.
