广州市花都区城镇建设用地适宜性评价研究——基于MCR面特征提取

【摘要】 从降低城市化过程中因建设用地扩展所致生态不利影响出发,本文以最小累积阻力(MCR)模型为基础,选取已有建设用地作为扩展源,构建地形、地质、生态脆弱性和可达性四个阻力因子体系。在生成的MCR面上,划分建设用地适宜性分区,并利用Hydrology扩展模块提取建设用地适宜扩展路径、生态隔离带和生态关键点,为城镇生态建设规划和景观格局优化提供决策支持。主要结果包括:应用本文方法分析建设用地适宜性评价的面、线、点综合特征,比仅进行扩展面评价分析的常规方法更为全面,且更具可操作性;划分出建设用地适宜扩展区、较适宜扩展区、限制扩展区、禁止扩展区和生态恢复区,并提出相应的管理措施;建设用地在适宜扩展区和较适宜扩展区内,由扩展路径引导优化开发,可避免盲目地"摊大饼式"蔓延;生态隔离带打破现有建设区"连片"扩展格局;生态关键点和高值点的识别,有利于研究区生态环境保育。

【Abstract】 To reduce adverse impacts from the expansion of construction land during urbanization,a resistance factor system of topography,geology,ecological vulnerability and accessibility was built for Huadu district in Guangzhou,China based on a minimum cumulative resistance(MCR)model. Construction land was taken as the expanding source to generate a MCR surface for Huadu.The MCR surface was divided into different suitability regionalization of construction land. The hydrology extended module was used to determine suitable expansion paths,ecological isolation zones and key points of ecology that could support town ecological planning and the optimization of urban landscapes. The results show that the method presented here is more comprehensive and accessible than traditional methods that only include suitability regionalization of construction land. The MCR surface was divided into five suitability regionalization of construction land,including a suitable expansion zone,hypo-suitable expansion zone,restrictive regionalization,prohibitive expansion zone and ecological restoration zone. These five suitability regionalizationwere respectively 26.9%,23.7%,13.2%,12.0% and 9.9% of the total area included in the study;land exploitation restriction was more severe successively. Appropriate measures are proposed for each suitability regionalization. For example,guided expansion along suitable expansion paths in the suitable regionalization and hypo-suitable expansion zone will avoid aimless expansion. The ecological isolation zone could avoid contiguous expansion of construction land.The suitable expansion paths had a tendency to connect neighboring towns and they would end at the ecological isolation zone. Ecological key points and ecological high-value points will enhance eco-efficiency and contribute to ecological environmental conservation.
