组织管理中的“关系”研究述评
A Review of Guanxi Studies in Organizational Management Field
【摘要】 "关系"是在中国社会广泛存在而又有独特的文化特殊性的社会现象。本文针对已有研究中存在争议的基本问题,进行梳理与整合,并尝试回答这些问题。通过对关系的内涵、关系的文化特殊性、关系的质量、关系的消极影响以及关系的效力等问题的回顾,期望对未来的研究者们提供借鉴,并启发更多的"关系"研究。
【Abstract】 Chinese guanxi is a prevailing but special phenomenon in Chinese society. The current paper discussed some basic but disputed questions in the extant network and guanxi literature and attempted to respond to them. By reviewing several important issues including guanxi’s definition, the cultural speciality of guanxi, guanxi’s quality, the negative influences of guanxi on both individuals and organizations, and guanxi’s efficacy, this paper expects to provide some implications for the future researchers and to induce more studies related to guanxi.
