跨部门岗位轮换过程中的冲突管理研究
Conflict Management Research on the Process of Inter-departmental Job Rotation
【摘要】 跨部门岗位轮换一直被企业作为培训和激励员工、促进部门交流的重要手段,但是岗位轮换过程中的冲突问题作为阻碍岗位轮换成功实施的重要因素逐渐凸显出来。本文全面梳理了跨部门岗位轮换过程中不同层次冲突的表现形式及冲突产生的原因。在此基础上,文章基于沟通视角,从文化、制度和沟通管理方法三方面提出了系统的冲突管理对策,并以某房地产公司和博世集团为例分析了其在企业具体实践的可行性,最后总结了这一冲突管理对策给其他企业实施岗位轮换带来的管理启示。
【Abstract】 Inter-departmental job rotation has been treated by businesses as an important means of training staff, motivating employees, and promoting communication among sectors, but conflict problems are gradually becoming prominent as important factors hindering successful implementation of job rotation. This article analysis the specific forms and causes of different level conflicts during inter-departmental job rotation process. And then, based on the perspective of communication, this article presents conflict management strategies from the culture, institution and communication management three aspects, and conducted cases study of a real estate company and the Bosch Group. Finally, we summarize the inspiration which the conflict management strategies bring to enterprises implementing job rotation.
