【摘要】 目的应用荧光定量PCR技术(Real-time PCR)和磁免疫分离技术(Immunomagnetic separation,IMS)及显色培养技术优化组合,建立对生肉中单增李斯特菌的快速检测方法。方法应用3种快速检测方法检测模拟样品和423份肉制品中的目标菌,比较不同方法的敏感度和特异度。结果用PCR-IMS法48h可达检出限为10~20CFU/10g,实际检测效果显著优于其他两种方法。结论 PCR-IMS是检测单增李斯特菌可靠、灵敏、快速的确证方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The aim of this study is to work out the best rapid detection method for Listeria monocytogenes in raw meat.Three new methods(real-time PCR,combination of real-time PCR and IMS,and combination of IMS and chromogenic media technique)were established to test the target bacteria,and then compare the sensitivity and specificity.As a result,PCR-IMS was proved to be the most reliable,sensitive and quickest method,by which 10-20CFU/10g target bacteria was tested within48hours,and obviously better than the other two methods with its remarkable effect.更多还原
