PBL教学法在社区超声专业医师培训中的应用体会
Evaluation of a PBL strategy in Training Community Ultrasound Technicians
【摘要】 目的:通过PBL学习方法的运用,探讨社区超声专业医师提高超声诊断技能的新方法。方法:以23名社区超声专业医师为研究对象,通过PBL教学法进行超声专业知识的学习,以技能考核成绩作为评价指标。结果:通过此种方法学习的社区超声专业医师技能考核成绩较前期学员有明显提高,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL学习模式有利于社区超声专业医师更快地提高专业技能知识,为社区超声专业医师的培训提供具有实用性的教学方法。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the PBL method to improve diagnostic skills of community ultrasound technicians.Method:23 community ultrasound technicians participated the study.Their diagnostic skills were tested after the training.Results:The scores of Ultrasound Physician in Community using PBL learning method were higher than those of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:the PBL learning method can help community ultrasound technicians to learn skills faster.
