【Abstract】 Case-based learning( CBL) and problem-based learning( PBL) are widely used in teaching in universities across the world.Based on the analysis of the limitations of traditional pure-probation system and the features of CBL and PBL,we introduce CBL and PBL in clinical probation teaching on internal medicine.
