虚拟实验室在临床诊断学教学中的应用与体会
Application and experience of virtual laboratory in clinical diagnostics teaching
【摘要】 虚拟实验室是通过多媒体计算机模拟仿真的实验环境,具有真实感和互动感的特点。我院于2009年首次将诊断学虚拟实验室用于临床医学(五年制)专业临床诊断学教学,使枯燥、乏味、难以掌握的临床诊断学课程教学变得生动活泼,完成了很多在临床带教都不可能完成的训练任务,学生考试成绩平均分数为73.49±21.05,与对照组考试成绩67.04±23.04相比,差异显著(P<0.05),学习成绩和学习效率明显提高,值得推广使用。
【Abstract】 Virtual laboratory,stimulated by multimedia computer,has two main characteristics:realistic and exchangeable.In 2009 the authors first applied diagnostics virtual laboratory in clinical diagnostics teaching for 5-year program clinical medical students.It made the uninteresting,boring,difficult teaching to be lively and accomplished many impossible training tasks in clinical teaching.The average test scores of study group was 73.49 ± 21.05,and the control group was 67.04 ± 23.04,which had significant difference(P <0.05).Virtual laboratory helps students’ academic performance and learning efficiency improving significantly and worth being used widely.
