无辅源宽范围可调脉冲IGBT驱动模块研制
The Development of a Wide Range of Adjustable Pulse IGBT Driver Module without Auxiliary Power Supply
【摘要】 针对传统绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)隔离驱动方式存在的一些缺陷,提出了一种新的可调脉冲IGBT变压器隔离驱动方式.利用控制脉冲的前、后沿所形成的窄脉冲对IGBT的门极电容进行充放电来控制IGBT的开通和关断,使其可以工作在较低的输出脉冲重复频率,同时可以用作斩波的驱动,其输出信号的占空比可达5%~95%.这种驱动电路结构简单、成本低廉.
【Abstract】 Considering some of the defects existing in traditional isolation driving ways for IGBT,a new tunable pulse IGBT drive mode including transformer isolation is proposed in this paper. It controls to turn on or turn off IGBT by using the control of the pulse before and after along the narrow pulse which is formed to charge and discharge the gate capacitance of IGBT,and to make it can work at a relatively low output pulse repetition frequency. Meanwhile,this mode can be used as a chopper driver and make the output signal of the duty ratio of 5% ~ 95%. This kind of drive circuit structure is simple and low cost.
