酮的心血管药理作用研究进展
Pharmacological effect of xanthones on the cardiovascular system
【摘要】 酮是广泛存在于植物和真菌的一类多酚类化合物,现已分离出数十种衍生物。该类化合物具有广泛的药理作用。在心血管系统,酮及其衍生物能减轻心脏缺血性损伤、抗动脉粥样硬化、舒张血管、抗血小板聚集和血栓形成,其机制与抑制炎症反应和氧化应激有关。
【Abstract】 Xanthones are the polyphenol compounds which widely exist in plants and fungi, and dozens of its derivatives have been isolated. Xanthones have pharmacological effect. In the cardiovascular system, xanthones and its derivatives have been shown to attenuate heart ischemic injury, preserve antherosclerosis, relax vessel and inhibit platelet aggregation and anthronbosis, and the pharmacological effect of xanthones are associated with inflammatory reaction and oxidative stress.
