壳聚糖对番木瓜结果期果实干物质及重要内含物的影响

【摘要】 为探讨壳聚糖对番木瓜果实生长发育的影响,以番木瓜‘日升中白皮’为试材,研究开花期喷施不同浓度(0、0.1、0.5、1.5 mg/mL)的壳聚糖对番木瓜结果期果实干重、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、蛋白质、总酸含量及糖酸比的影响。结果表明:①番木瓜结果70天内的单果重增长速率低于清水对照,但70天后壳聚糖处理的果重继续增加,而清水对照则停止增长,成熟时(结果第90~110天)壳聚糖处理的果重显著高于对照,比对照增加了20.44%;②壳聚糖处理的可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、蛋白质和有机酸含量整个结果期间均高于对照(除第90~110天的蛋白质外),它们快速增长期的速率均高于对照;③壳聚糖处理后番木瓜果实的糖酸比,前期(第10~50天)显著低于对照,但后期(第50~117天)均显著高于对照。初步得出,壳聚糖有助于番木瓜果实干物质及重要内含物的积累,有助于增加果实的优良口感,以0.5 mg/mL为最适。

【Abstract】 In order to study the influence laws of chitosan on fruit growing in papaya, different concentrations of0, 0.1, 0.5 and 1.5 mg/mL were sprayed onto leaves during flowering period, based on variety of‘Sun-Risemid-white skin’papaya, total dry weight and contents of important materials including soluble solid, solublesugar, protein, organic acid and ratio of sugar and acid in papaya fruit during fruiting period were studied. Theresults indicated: ① the dry weight of per fruit under chitosan treatment increased more quickly and longerthan control group during fruiting period, so the dry weight at last was higher significantly, increasing by20.44%. ② During the whole fruiting period the contents of soluble solid, soluble sugar, protein and organicacid of papaya fruit under chitosan treatment were higher than control group except protein from 90thto 110th.Their speed during quick-growing was much higher than control. ③The ratio of sugar and acid under chitosantreatment was lower during 10thto 50thbut higher during 50thto 117ththan control. In short, the chitosantreatment was helpful on increasing the dry weight and contents of important materials of papaya fruit, washelpful onimproving the taste of papaya fruit, the optimal concentration was 0.5mg/mL.
