【摘要】 随着社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,大沽河流域水资源需求量迅猛增加,水污染加重,水资源短缺已成为制约流域发展的瓶颈因素。为有效地改善大沽河流域的水资源管理,促进大沽河流域水资源的可持续利用,建立了水管理对大沽河流域社会经济影响的评价体系,应用多级模糊综合评判法对2006-2010年水管理对大沽河流域社会经济的影响做出了评价,为大沽河流域水管理政策的制定提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the economic development and standard of living improvement,the demand of water resources increases quickly in Dagu River Basin,water pollution also increases,the lack of water resources is the bottleneck restricting the development of Dagu River Basin.In order to improve the water management and realize the sustainable utilization of water resources,Dagu River Basin is used as an example in this research,the evaluation system of water management in Dagu River Basin to the social economy influence is established.Socioeconomic impact assessment of water management in Dagu River Basin is evaluated based on the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation from 2006 to 2010to provide a basis for formulating water management policy.更多还原
