MIKE BASIN模型在吉林市水资源配置方面的应用

【摘要】 以吉林市第二松花江为典型流域,利用MIKE BASIN软件,构建吉林市第二松花江流域水资源配置模型,搜集吉林市1990-2010年水文资料和用水资料,利用吉林水文站1990-2010年控制站流量实际数据进行验证,对规划水平年2015年进行预测计算。由模型运行结果得到全流域供需水量平衡数据,"二松"干流上3个子流域水量充足,能够满足其用水户用水,其他3个流域都有不同程度的缺水,主要缺水区域集中在鳌龙河、团山子河及牤牛河子流域上游,团山子河子流域在2015年月平均缺水量达8.58万m3,牤牛河子流域月平均缺水量为8.78万m3,鳌龙河子流域月平均缺水量为12.32万m3。采取地表水与地下水联合调度的方法来解决缺水问题。MIKE BASIN模型的建立为吉林市水资源合理配置和经济可持续发展提供决策依据。

【Abstract】 In the typical watershed of the Second Songhua River(SSR)in Jilin City,a water resources allocation model was established with MIKE BASIN software,and the collected hydrological data was verified from 1990to 2010and the information of Jilin City and 1990-2010actual discharge data of Jilin hydrological station,were used to predict and calculate the planning level year 2015. The results of water balance between supply and demand of entire basin were obtained by the model.The water resources of three subcatchments on the SSR basin are plentiful and meet the water demands.But other three subcatchments(located in Aolong River, Tuanshanzi River and Mangniu River upstream)have different degrees of water shortage.As mentioned above,monthly average water deficit in the year 2015are 8.58×104,8.78×104,12.32×104 m3,respectively.Water resources shortage can be solved by joint scheduling of surface water and groundwater.The established MIKE BASIN model serves as a decision-making basis for water resources optimal allocation and sustainable economic development of Jilin City.
