松萎蔫病枯立木中松材线虫的动态研究

【摘要】 研究松树体内松材线虫的分布情况有助于松材线虫病的林间调查、监测和除治。对马尾松萎蔫病枯立木中的松材线虫研究表明:不同时间疫区枯立木中松材线虫检出率为16%~91.67%,平均为58.92%,即仅有一半枯立木中有松材线虫,取样不准确时,可能存在漏检现象;秋、冬季松材线虫检出率高于春、夏季,秋冬季为松萎蔫病发病的高峰期。5月前后,感病树中的纯松材线虫检出率较高,为50%~100%;秋冬季,树体中只有幼虫、无松材线虫成虫形式存在的检出率较高,为18.18%~26.87%。松材线虫在树体内不同部位(上、中、下)的分布和数量存在差异,但没有明显的规律性,与感病程度有关,应在树体的不同部位同时取样检测。

【Abstract】 In order to perform the investigation monitoring and control foe forest insect disease of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, the distribution of B. xylophilus in vivo the pine tree stand infected wilt disease was investigated. The studying results show that that the detection rate of B.xylophilus in the epidemic area dead standing trees in different time were within the extent that 16% ~ 91.67%, average 58.92%, i.e. only an half of the dead standing trees had B.xylophilus, the inaccurate sampling could cause missing inspection; the detection rate in autumn and winter were higher than that in spring and summer, and the pathogenetic peak season was autumn and winter; Around May, the detection rate of pure B.xylophilus was higher in the infected tree, with 50% ~ 100%; in autumn and winter the detection rate was higher in larva without adult, with 18.18% ~ 26.87%; B. xylophilus distribution and quantity in different positions(top, middle, and low) were different but not evident regularity, being related to infection severity, and it is suggested that should be sampled and detected at the same time along different tree positions.
