棉针织物活性染料泡沫染色工艺探讨

【摘要】 以发泡剂DA-E、稳泡剂海藻酸钠为主配制成发泡原液,探讨了海藻酸钠浓度、发泡原液pH值对泡沫稳定性的影响。通过正交试验分析了海藻酸钠、NaHCO3、尿素3个因素的用量及固色方法对泡沫染色织物的表观得色深度和固色率的影响,得出不同固色方法时发泡原液最优组合,并比较了泡沫染色和浸轧染色的效果。结果表明:发泡原液pH值对泡沫稳定性有较大影响,适宜的pH范围为9.5~10.5;海藻酸钠对泡沫染色织物的K/S值和固色率的影响均较大,泡沫染色织物采用汽蒸法固色的固色率高于焙烘法固色的固色率;在活性染料浓度和固色方法相同的情况下,泡沫染色的固色率比浸轧染色的固色率高。

【Abstract】 Original foaming solution was mainly made from foaming agent DA-E and foam stabilizer of sodium alginate. This paper discusses the effect of concentration of sodium alginate and pH of original foaming solution on foam stability. By orthogonal test, it also analyses the effects of the dosage of sodium alginate, original foaming solution and urea, as well as the methods of fixation on apparent color yield and dye fixing percentage of foam dyed fabrics. Then it gets the optimal combination of original foaming solution with different methods of fixation. At the same time, this paper compares the effects of foam dyeing and pad dyeing. The results show that the pH value of original foaming solution has a great influence on the stability of foam, and the suitable pH range is 9.5~10.5; Sodium alginate has a great influence on K/S and dye fixing percentage of foam dyed fabrics, and the dye fixing percentage of foam dyed fabrics by steaming method is higher than that by curing method; The dye fixing percentage of foam dyeing is higher than that of pad dyeing under the same situation of the concentration of reactive dyes and the methods of fixation.
