模拟层状路面结构体系的全尺度光纤传感监测分析

【摘要】 为研究土木工程中常见的层状路面结构体系在外部荷载作用下的变形特征,以便结构的及时维护,从而提高结构的服役寿命,利用分布式光纤传感技术,制作五层模拟层状路面结构的模型,将自身不同层位的柔性橡胶夹层作为纵向和横向感知元件的封装层,通过分级加载试验和有限元仿真检验该方法的可行性。研究结果表明:该种工艺技术,不影响结构自身完整性,且通过纵向和横向分布式光纤可以较高精度和高精度的测试层状结构体系的应变信息,而不同层位的感知器件相对较准确地体现其分层应变特征,实现层状结构体系的全尺度监测,研究成果能为实际层状路面结构体全尺度监测的问题提供有意义的思路及指导。

【Abstract】 Multi-layered pavement structures are commonly used in civil engineering,the deformation characteristics of which under loads is important for realizing timely management and improving service life,and distributed optical fiber sensing technology is then introduced. A five-layered model simulating pavement is constructed; flexible rubber layers located in different positions are designed to package longitudinal and transversal sensing elements; graded loadings are applied to verify the performance and FEM simulation is executed to check the experimental effect. Results illustrate that this encapsulation technology has no influence on integrity of the structures,embedded longitudinal and transverse elements respectively provide high and much higher precise for strain detection,and elements located in different layers offer relative accurate deformation,which has made full-scale monitoring of multi-layer structures available. The achievement in this article will provide feasible method and useful guidance for full-scale monitoring of practical multi-layered pavement structures.
