【摘要】 目的:探讨精神病患者吞咽功能异常患者食管造影的影像学特点。方法:选取218例吞咽功能异常患者影像学资料进行回顾性分析,对该群体患者咽喉及食管内、外病变的影像学特征进行总结。结果:该群体患者除外食管器质性病变,精神症状所引起的错觉占很大原因。结论:针对这一特定群体,我们不仅要及时发现病变,更要准确排除器质性病变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate imaging features of esophagograms of psychotic patients with swallowing dysfunction.Methods:The imaging data of 218 cases with swallowing dysfunction were retrospectively analyzed,and the imaging features of throat and intra-and extra-esophageal lesions were summarized.Results:Besides the extra-esophageal organic lesions,the illusions caused by the psychiatric symptoms accounted for a large.Conclusions:For this particular group,it not only should timely find out the lesions,but also accurately exclude the organic lesions.更多还原
