【摘要】 目的:探讨早发与晚发精神分裂症Ⅰ级亲属防御机制的差异性。方法:对235例早发及187晚发精神分裂症Ⅰ级亲属进行防御方式问卷(DSQ)调查。结果:早发组与晚发组精神分裂症Ⅰ级亲属在成熟型防御方式和不成熟型防御方式中无统计学差异,但在中间型防御方式中呈显著性差异,在其因子中,早发组精神分裂症Ⅰ级亲属的不成熟型防御方式的投射、被动攻击、分裂,成熟型防御方式的压抑,中间型防御方式的否认、交往倾向、掩饰因子分值均高于对照组,且有显著性差异,而晚发组在中间型防御方式的躯体化,成熟防御方式的幽默的分值高于早发组,且呈显著性差异。结论:早发与晚发精神分裂症Ⅰ级亲属防御方式上存在着不同的差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study differences of defense styles of the first-degree relatives of patients with early onset and late onset schizophrenia.Methods:235 cases with the early onset schizophrenia and 187 cases with the late onset schizophrenia patients were investigated by the means of defensive style questionnaire( DSQ).Results:It showed that there was no statistical difference between the early onset group and late onset group in mature defense style and immature defense style,but there was a significant difference in interim defense style.Factor analysis showed that the scores of projection,passive attack,dissociation,abruption in the immature defense style,the scores of suppression in the mature defenses style,and the scores of denial,anticipation,conceal in the interim defenses style of early onset group were significantly higher than those of late onset group,and the differences were significant.However,the scores of somatization in the interim defenses style and the scores of the humor in the mature defense style of late onset group were higher than those of early onset group,and the differences were significant.Conclusions:There might be differences in the defense style for the first-degree relatives of the patients with early onset and late onset schizophrenia.更多还原
