【摘要】 目的:探讨氯氮平治疗精神病所导致的不良反应以及相关的护理措施。方法:选取2013年1月-2013年6月来荆门市精神卫生中心接受氯氮平药物治疗的精神病患者64例,对其使用氯氮平药物治疗后的情况进行仔细的观察,分析不良反应发生的症状和原因,并针对不同的不良反应采取不同的护理措施。结果:在医院接受氯氮平药物治疗的患者部分出现了嗜睡、倦怠等不良反应,在经过针对性护理后不良反应均消失。结论:护理人员在为患者进行治疗的过程中,要了解常用药物的不良反应,及时细致地观察患者的病情和症状,针对不同的不良反应对症处理,做好护理工作,让患者早日康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore adverse reactions caused by clozapine in treatment of mental diseases and related nursing measures.Methods:64 cases with mental diseases from January 2013 to June 2013 were treated with clozapine.The adverse reactions were carefully observed,and the symptoms and reasons were analyzed.For the different adverse reactions,the different nursing measures were applied.Results:After the treatment,a part of the patients had the adverse reactions like drowsiness and fatigue,and all theses could disappear after the targeted nursing.Conclusions:During the nursing process,the nurses should understand the adverse reaction of the drug,timely and carefully observe the patient’s condition and symptoms,and take different nursing measures for different symptoms,so that the patients could be recovered early.更多还原
