【摘要】 目的:在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中,基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-2(TIMP-2)和血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测70例NSCLC中MMP-9、TIMP-2和VEGF的表达水平和分布情况,以及与淋巴结转移的相关性。结果:MMP-9、TIMP-2和VEGF在NSCLC中的表达水平明显高于正常对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);MMP-9和VEGF在淋巴结转移组中的表达水平明显高于无淋巴结转移组,有统计学差异(P<0.05),TIMP-2在有淋巴结转移组表达水平高于无淋巴结转移组,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:MMP-9、TIMP-2和VEGF的过度表达与NSCLC的发展、淋巴结转移及预后有密切关系,在NSCLC浸润转移中发挥重要作用,MMP-9、TIMP-2和VEGF均可作为预测NSCLC临床预后的生物学标志物,其联合检测更有意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9( MMP-9),tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2( TIMP-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) in non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC) and their significance.Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to check the expressions and distributions of MMP-9,TIMP-2 and VEGF in 70 NSCLC patients.Further,the correlations among the expressions and distributions of MMP-9,TIMP-2 and VEGF and lymphatic metastasis were studied.Results:In NSCLC,the expressions of MMP-9,TIMP-2 and VEGF were obviously higher than those in control group,and the difference had statistical significance( P < 0.05).The expressions of MMP-9 and VEGF were obviously higher in the group with lymphatic metastasis than those in the group without lymphatic metastasis,and the difference had statistical significance( P < 0.05).The expression of TIMP-2 was higher in the group with lymphatic metastasis than that in the group without lymphatic metastasis,but the difference had no statistical significance( P > 0.05).Conclusions:The excessive expressions of MMP-9,TIMP-2 and VEGF have obvious relativity with NSCLC development,lymphatic metastasis and prognosis.It might play an important role in the infiltration and metastasis of NSCLC.MMP-9,TIMP-2 and VEGF might be good indices of metastasis and prognosis in NSCLC.Therefore,the combined detection is of significance.更多还原
