【摘要】 目的:探讨Tfh细胞在原发性干燥综合征中的致病作用;方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测Tfh细胞的标记物CXCR5、IL-21在30例原发性干燥综合征患者唇腺组织中的表达,22例口腔外科黏液腺囊肿、下唇外伤等非自身免疫性疾病患者唇腺组织中的表达,采用TUNEL法检测所有患者唇腺组织中细胞凋亡情况;结果:①原发性干燥综合征组患者唇腺组织中CXCR5,IL-21的表达增高;②IL-21、CXCR5的表达与组织中细胞凋亡数呈正相关。结论:①Tfh细胞可能与原发性干燥综合征的发病机制有关;②Tfh细胞可能与细胞凋亡的发生有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the role of Tfh cell in the pathogenesis of primary Sjogren’s syndrome. Methods: The Tfh cell’s markers: CXCR5,IL-21 in labial gland were measured by immunohistochemistry in 30 cases primary Sjogren’s syndrome patients and 22 cases patients with non-autoimmune diseases such as mucous gland cyst,lower lip trauma from Oral Surgery. Results: ①The expression of CXCR5,IL-21 was increased in labial salivary gland of patients with primary Sjogren’s syndrome; ②The expression of CXCR5,IL-21 was positively correlated with the number of apoptotic cells. Conclusion: ①Tfh cell may be correlated with the pathogenesis of primary Sjogren’s syndrome; ②Tfh cells may be associated with the occurrence of apoptosis.更多还原
