【摘要】 目的通过对106例患者治疗方案的总结,观察止痛消炎膏外敷治疗流行性腮腺炎并发睾丸炎的临床效果。方法 2010年1月—2013年1月,该院收治的106例流行性腮腺炎并发睾丸炎患者,年龄13~35岁,平均(19.5±5.2)岁。随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,二组均常规给予利巴韦林抗病毒,同时补液及解热镇痛等对症治疗,在此基础上观察组给予止痛消炎膏外敷睾丸。结果观察组患者临床痊愈的时间为(6.5±1.5)d;对照组患者临床痊愈的时间为(8.2±2.2)d。二组差异有统计学意义。观察组疗效明显优于对照组。结论止痛消炎膏外敷治疗流行性腮腺炎并发睾丸炎效果明显,简便易行,安全可靠,无不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the situation of 106 patients with mumps complicated orchitis treated by analgesic anti-inflammatory ointment topical.Methods One hundred and six cases of patients with mumps complicated by orchitis from January 2010 to January 2013 who age 13 to 35 years old,average 19.5±5.2years old were involved in the study.They were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,two groups of both conventional given ribavirin antiviral,rehydration and antipyretic analgesic symptomatic treatment at the same time.Treatment group given additional analgesic anti-inflammatory ointment topical testes.Results The clinical healing time of treatment group was 6.5±1.5 days and it was 8.2±2.2 days in the control group,the difference was statistically significant in both groups.The treatment group curative effect was superior to the control group.Conclusion Analgesic anti-inflammatory ointment topical treated mumps complicated by orchitis is obvious effect,simple,safe and reliable.更多还原
