【摘要】 目的总结16例患者(17瘤)A1段动脉瘤介入治疗结果、临床结局及技术要点.方法应用微弹簧圈行血管内介入治疗A1段动脉瘤.结果 16例患者成功介入栓塞,有3例患者出现与操作有关的并发症,其中,包括1例栓塞过程中弹簧圈致使动脉瘤穿孔,但未现出血,2例患者出现血栓.随访期间未见动脉瘤复发及颅内出血.结论血管内介入弹簧圈栓塞A1段动脉瘤是一种有效的治疗方法.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the therapeutic results,clinical outcomes and technical essential of 16 patients(17 aneurysm) with aneurysms of proximal(A1) segment of anterior cerebral artery treated with endovascular treatment. Method The aneurysms arising from A1 segment were treated with microcoil embolization. Results 16 patients were successfully treated with the microcoil embolization,there were 3 patients presenting procedure-related complications,including 1 case of microcoil-caused aneurismal perforation without bleeding during the procedure and 2 cases of thrombosis; No aneurysm recurrence and intracranial bleeding were found during the follow-up period in the patients. Conclusion Endovascular coil embolization is an effective treatment for aneurysms of A1 segment.更多还原
