利用猪颅底血管网建立用于介入治疗的脑动静脉畸形栓塞模型实验研究
Experimental Research on the Establishment of Cerebral Arteriovenous Malformation Model for Endovascular Emblotherapy by Using Porcine Skull Base Capillary Network
【摘要】 目的利用猪颅底微血管网建立用于介入治疗的动静脉畸形模型.方法使用液体胶或颗粒介入栓塞猪cAVM模型,其中微导管的位置、栓塞剂的量及注射速度均模拟人体内介入栓塞的过程.通过模拟cAVM介入栓塞过程,观察栓塞效果及并发症情况.结果此模型建造简单,通过血管造影可见到供血动脉、畸形血管团和引流静脉.制备的模型均可承受全身麻醉、显微外科手术和血管内操作,没有不良后果.结论利用猪cAVM模型进行新型栓塞剂的实验,操作者可通过此模型进行介入栓塞的训练,提高介入技术水平.
【Abstract】 Objective To establish cerebral arteriovenous malformation model(cAVM) used in endovascular embolotherapy by utilizing porcine skull capillary network. Method The porcine cAVM model was established with liquid glue or particle embolization,in which the microcatheter position,dose,volume and injection rate of embolic agent were deliberately varied to simulate results that may be observed in clinical practice. The embolism effect and its complications were observed by the endovascular embolism of simulated cAVM. Results It was simple to establish the model. Supplying arteries,malformation vascular mass and draining veins could be seen through the angiography. The pigs used for the establishment of the model could tolerate the general anesthesia,microsurgery and endovascular procedures. No negative effect was found during the performance.Conclusion The porcine cAVM model can be applied for the experiment of new embolic agents. Operators can be trained in embolotherapy to improve their techniques in embolotherapy by using this model.
