【摘要】 目的探讨盐酸米诺环素软膏联合甲硝唑缓释药膜治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效.方法根据治疗方案将138例慢性牙周炎患者分为两组,69例患者使用盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗为对照组,69例患者使用盐酸米诺环素软膏和甲硝唑缓释药膜治疗为观察组,疗程4周,随访1 a,比较两组患者的牙周改善情况、治疗效果、不良反应情况、复发情况.结果治疗后,两组患者牙龈指数、菌斑指数、牙齿松动指数、牙周袋深度均显著下降;观察组患者牙龈指数、菌斑指数、牙齿松动指数、牙周袋深度、复发率均明显低于对照组;观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论盐酸米诺环素软膏联合甲硝唑缓释药膜是治疗慢性牙周炎的有效药物,可明显改善患者的牙周状况,提高药物的治疗效果,不良反应少,且复发率低,值得临床推广使用.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment in combination with metronidazole sustained-release film on chronic periodontitis. Method 138 patients with chronic periodontitis were divided into two groups according to the treatment plan. 69 Patients in control group were treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment and 69 patients in observation group were treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment in combination with metronidazole sustained-release film. The course of treatment was 4 weeks and the patients were followed up for one year. The periodontal improvement,treatment effect,drug adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between two groups. Results After the treatment, gingival index,plaque index,gomphiasis index and depth of periodontal pocket decreased significantly in two groups. Gingival index,plaque index,gomphiasis index,depth of periodontal pocket and recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group and the difference was statisticallysignificant( P < 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Minocycline hydrochloride ointment in combination with metronidazole sustained-release film is effective in the treatment of chronic periodontitis,which can significantly improve the periodontal status and enhance the curative effect. It can induce less adverse reactions,cause a low recurrence rate and should be worthy to be popularized in clinic.更多还原
