【摘要】 目的评价复方苦参注射液联合NP化疗方案及同步适形调强放疗对局部晚期鼻咽癌的疗效和毒副作用。方法将2006年1月至2009年1月112例经病理学或细胞学证实的局部晚期鼻咽癌随机分为2组,对照组采用NP方案化疗,同时给予鼻咽+颈部适形调强放疗。观察组在放化疗的基础上加用复方苦参注射液(15 ml静脉滴注,1次/d,连续2周为一周期)。结果两组随访率为100%,两组的1、3、5年总生存率,1、3、5年无复发生存率,1、3、5年无转移生存率,1、3、5年无瘤生存率差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。观察组与对照组相比,Ⅲ、Ⅳ度白细胞减少、急性黏膜反应及颈皮炎均明显减少(均P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液联合NP方案和同步适形调强放疗能降低局部晚期鼻咽癌的毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the result and side effect of Compound Kushen injection combined with NP regiment concurrent chemoradiotherapy( IMRT) for 112 patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods From January 2006 to January 2009,112 patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma were divided into 2 groups,i. e,the observation and control group. In the observation group,the patients were gived NP regiment concurrent chemoradiotherapy( IMRT). In the control group,Compound Kushen injection combined with concurrent radiochemotherapy was given 15 ml once a day for 14 days. Results The follow up rate were 100% in the two groups. The 1-,3- and 5-year overall survival rates,locoregional relapsefree survival rates,distant metastasis-free survival rates,disease-free-survival rates were no difference between two groups. There were fewer patients who had overall leukopenia and thrombocytopenia decline,acute mucositis and neck dermatitis with 3 and 4 grade in control group compared with observion group. Conclusions Compound Kushen injection combined with NP regiment concurrent chemoradiotherapy for advanced NPC can achieve fine result in clinical response and and effect is clinically acceptable.更多还原
