【摘要】 目的探讨Focus超声刀在开放性甲状腺手术中的操作技巧及应用价值。方法回顾性分析采用Focus超声刀进行甲状腺切除术的539例患者的临床资料。结果全组手术均成功,手术切口3~7 cm,平均5 cm;手术时间18~72 min,平均40 min;术中出血2~20 ml,平均10 ml;术后引流量20~85 ml,平均35 ml;全部患者均于术后第3天出院。暂时性喉返神经损伤6例,暂时性甲状旁腺损伤21例,无其他并发症。结论应用Focus超声刀行开放性甲状腺切除术安全、有效,不仅显著缩短手术时间和减小术中出血量,且手术切口小,并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value and operating skills of Focus harmonic scalpel in open thyroid surgery. Methods The clinical data of 539 patients underwent with harmonic scalpel were retrospectively reviewed. Results All cases were operated successfully. The mean incision length was 5 cm,ranging from 3cm to 7 cm. The mean operation time was 40 minutes,ranging from 18 minutes to 72 minutes. The mean blood lose was 10 ml,ranging from 2 ml to 20 ml. The mean drainage volume after operation was 35 ml,ranging from20 ml to 85 ml. All patients’ hospital stay after operation was within 3 days. 4 patients recurrent laryngeal nerve were temporary injury; 21 patients parathyroid gland were injury. No case had complication such as secondary bleeding,permanent recurrent laryngeal nerve palsy and low calcium convulsion after operation. Conclusions Harmonic scalpel for thyroidectomy is safe and efficient,the technique can reduce the operation time and the volume of bleeding significantly,and possesses a good cosmetic outcome and fewer complications.更多还原
