再探大鼠背部穿支体区间choke血管变化规律

【摘要】 目的观察大鼠背部穿支体区间choke血管密度的变化规律,探索choke血管扩增的评价指标。方法选择大鼠左、右髂腰动脉穿支体区间的微血管吻合(即choke血管)区为目标观察区制作皮瓣模型,分时间点进行灌注、摄X线片,在Scion Image Beta 4.02中测量各时间点穿支体区间choke血管的灰度值和穿支体区血管的灰度值,并计算它们的比值("谷-峰比"),总结体区间choke血管的变化规律。结果术后1h、1d、2d、3d、4d、6d、10d、16d穿支体区间choke血管灰度值(V-valley)和穿支体血管灰度值(V-peak)的比分别为(0.29±0.05)、(0.67±0.10)、(0.78±0.08)、(0.85±0.06)、(0.60±0.12)、(0.56±0.10)、(0.53±0.11)和(0.41±0.07)。结论大鼠背部穿支体区间choke血管密度增加在第1天出现,第3天到峰值,第4天明显减小,随后逐渐消退。明胶-氧化铅灌注-X线摄片技术,结合Scion Image Beta 4.02软件,可计算出choke血管区和穿支体区的灰度值比,能定性反映微血管的相对密度。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the change law of density of choke vessels between the dorsal perforators, exploring the evaluation parameters of the enlargement of choke vessels. Methods Microvascular anastomoses(i.e. choke vessels) were chosen, the targeted area being designed as the flap model in rats, which was located between the left and right iliac lumbar perforasomes; then gelatin-lead oxide angiography was performed,the grey values of choke vessels area(V-valley) and perforasomes(V-peak) were measured in Scion Image Beta 4.02 and the ratio of them was calculated in various time points. Results The grey value ratios of choke vessels and perforasomes in 1h, 1d, 2d, 3d, 4d, 6d, 10 d, 16 d postoperatively were(0.29±0.05),(0.67±0.10),(0.78±0.08),(0.85±0.06),(0.60±0.12),(0.56±0.10),(0.53±0.11) and(0.41±0.07) respectively. Conclusions The choke vessels between the dorsal cutaneous perforasomes enlarge in1 h, peak in 3d, decline in 4d, and decrease gradually afterward. Calculation of the grey value ratio of choke vessels between perforasomes in the angiographic images is an optimal way to reflect the relative density of microvessels.
