【摘要】 2013年,中国实力继续快速增长,国际政治结构继续向中美两极格局发展。中美关系保持了基本稳定,中国采取了更为积极进取的对外政策,在地区和全球的影响力继续增强,比较明显地改变了地区秩序。美俄关系趋于紧张,俄罗斯的战略选择从模糊走向清晰,而中俄战略合作明显加强。欧洲和中东的地缘政治地位继续下降,亚太地区的重要性继续上升。大部分地区和国家都以更加积极的态度看待中国崛起,愿意加强与中国的友好合作。更多还原

【Abstract】 The overall power of China has been rising continually in 2013, and international politics is steadily heading to a bipolar structure. The Sino-US relations remain stable. China is taking a more assertive foreign policy and has exerted more political influence globally, and changed the regional order in particular. The US-Russian relations became tenser. Russia’s strategic choice is becoming clearer than previously, and has enhanced its strategic cooperation with China. The geopolitical importance of the European and Middle-East regions has been declining, while that of Asia-Pacific region is rising. Most regions and states are taking a more positive attitude towards China as a rising power and becoming more friendly and cooperative with China.更多还原
