人体肠道菌生物转化亚麻木酚素产生4,4′-二羟基肠二醇的条件研究
Biotransformation of defatted flaxseed into 4,4′-dihydroxyenterodiol cultured by human intestinal bacteria
【摘要】 利用笔者前期工作中分离得到的两株细菌单形拟杆菌ZL-Ⅰ和黏液真杆菌ZL-Ⅱ对亚麻子粕中的木脂素类成分进行生物转化获取中间体4,4′-二羟基肠二醇,并对其发酵工艺进行了研究。研究结果表明,经过24h的发酵培养,亚麻子粕中的开环异落叶松树脂酚二葡萄糖苷转化为4,4′-二羟基肠二醇的转化率为59%,发酵培养6d后,转化率达到94.4%。XAD-2大孔吸附树脂可对发酵液中的4,4′-二羟基肠二醇进行富集,30%乙醇洗脱液中4,4′-二羟基肠二醇的质量分数为(317±33)mg/g。
【Abstract】 A method of biotransformation of defatted flaxseed for producing 4,4′-dihydroxyenterodiol co-cultured by Bacteroides uniformis ZL-I and Eubacterium limosum ZL-Ⅱ had been investigated.The results show that 59% of secoisolariciresinol diglucoside has been transformed to 4,4′-dihydroxyenterodiol after 24 hfermentation.The conversion reaches 94.4% after the sixth day.Amberlite XAD-2macroporous resin can accumulate 4,4′-dihydroxyenterodiol from the fermentation broth.In 30% ethanol eluant,the mass fraction of 4,4′-dihydroxyenterodiol is(317±33)mg/g.
