聚合诱导相分离法制备纳米Fe掺杂多孔炭
Preparation of nano-Fe doped porous carbon via polymerization-induced phase separation method
【摘要】 以2130酚醛树脂为碳质前驱体,乙二醇为溶剂,苯磺酰氯为催化剂,纳米单质Fe粒子为掺杂剂,通过聚合诱导相分离热解法制备了掺Fe多孔炭单体,主要分析了Fe对前驱体溶液和多孔炭形态的影响。结果表明:纳米Fe粒子使前驱体溶液的pH值降低,溶液开始凝胶的时间增长,不同酚醛树脂含量下纳米Fe掺杂多孔炭的微结构及性能具有明显差异。Fe主要化合态存在于FeS和C48H44Fe14.01N15O35.68中。
【Abstract】 A nano-Fe doped porous carbon has been fabricated via polymerization-induced phase separation method using 2130 phenolic resin as carbon precursor,ethylene glycol as solvent,benzenesulfonyl chloride as catalyst and elemental Fe particles as dopant.The effects of Fe doping on precursor solution and morphology of porous carbon were investigated.The experimental results showed the nano-Fe particles decreased the pH value of precursor solution and prolonged the gelatin time.The nano-Fe doped porous carbon with different contents of phenolic resin presented diverse microstructures and properties.The Fe element existed mainly in the form of combination in FeS and C48H44Fe14.01N15O35.68.
