牙科氧化锆陶瓷增塑性铣削机理研究

【摘要】 为了研究氧化锆陶瓷的切削机理,提高刀具使用寿命,在不同温度下选用PCD刀具进行了氧化锆陶瓷铣削试验。对比分析了切削力变化规律,刀具磨损状况,切屑形态。基于灰色系统理论GM(1,1)模型,建立了刀具磨损预测模型。实验结果表明:在预热状况下氧化锆陶瓷材料主要以塑性流动型方式去除,切削力降低,PCD刀具后刀面磨损减小,所建立的刀具磨损预测模型有效可靠。

【Abstract】 The milling experiments of zirconia ceramic with PCD tool in different temperatures were conducted in order to explore cutting mechanism of zirconia ceramic and enhance the cutter’s service life. Contrasting and analyzing the cutting force changing laws,cutter wear condition and chip shape. We established a cutter wear prediction model based on the GM( 1,1) model of the grey system theory. The study showed as follows: the zirconia ceramic material is mainly removed in plastic flow type,the cutting force and the PCD tool flank wear are all decreased in preheating condition,the established cutter wear prediction model is effective and reliable.
