锥形棒料承料夹紧装置的设计与应用
Design and application of the fixed equipment to the conical bar
【摘要】 为解决长径比较大的一端外圆为锥面或弧面零件的端部及内孔加工的装夹问题,而设计的一种在数控机床上使用的专用夹紧机构-锥形棒料承料夹紧装置。加工时,锥形棒料零件一端由三爪液压动力卡盘自动夹紧,另一端由锥形棒料承料装置夹紧,零件的夹紧稳定可靠,机构调整使用方便。介绍了锥形棒料承料夹紧装置结构原理及控制过程。
【Abstract】 The fixed system in CNC tool is special to machine the end of the bar with cone or arc shape and big ratio of length and diameter. The end of workpiece is fixed by hydraulic power scroll chuck,another is fixed by this special fixed system. The fixed system is stable to fix and adjustment easily. The article introduces the fixed system structure and the control process.
