【摘要】 为使形状沉积制造柔性化,提出了类柔性形状沉积制造系统的概念,建立了基于该概念的类柔性形状沉积制造系统的总体框架,详细描述了框架中每个模块的作用和相互关系。根据该总体框架,在对系统中的核心设备———材料沉积设备的结构布局进行研究的基础上,规划了类柔性形状沉积制造系统的总体布局。上述总体结构和总体布局构成了类柔性形状沉积制造系统的结构模型,为进一步研究各种构成设备的具体结构形式和系统集成等方面打下基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 To build flexibility into shape deposition manufacturing,the concept of FMS-like shape deposition manufacturing is presented and the general framework of FMS-like shape deposition manufacturing is established with the functions of and relationships between the modules in the framework introduced in detail. Based on the studies of the structural layouts of the key equipments—material deposition equipments, the general layout of a FMS-like shape deposition manufacturing system is planned. The above general framework and general layout establish the structural model of the FMS-like shape deposition manufacturing system laying the foundation for research into the detailed structure and system integration.更多还原
