基于PMC的伺服刀塔系统设计与实现
The design and realization of servo turret system based on PMC
【摘要】 介绍了以TB120伺服刀架为控制对象,Fanuc 0i数控系统的PMC为控制核心的伺服刀塔系统的硬件和软件的设计方法,分析了PMC的控制原理,给出了部分信号的接口地址。经实验验证,该伺服刀塔满足了数控机床对核心功能部件的要求,具有较高的工程应用价值。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the designed method of servo turret system hardware and software that use TB120 servo cutter as a control object and the PMC of Fanuc 0i CNC system as the cybernetics core,analyzes the PMC control principle,gives part of the signal interface address. After the experimental certificate, the servo cutter is meeting the requirements that the core functional unit of NC machine and has a higher engineering value.
