【Abstract】 Error budgeting is quite meaningful for optimal design of precision mechanical systems,which is indispensible in the design and manufacturing of precision and ultraprecision machine tool. The domestic and overseas researches on overall flow,combinatorial rule and application of error budgeting are briefly reviewed,finally the weakness and future trend of research on error budget are pointed out.更多还原
