【摘要】 以问卷形式对中等职业学校园艺专业毕业生质量的调查结果表明:用人单位对中职毕业生的综合满意度较高,但基本素质中各项单项能力表现差异较大;专业能力中最不满意的是园艺实践能力;用人单位认为最重要的是中职毕业生的综合素质和实践经历,其次是思想品德和社交能力。因此,必须调整教学目标,注重学生综合素质和实践能力的培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 A questionnaire investigation had been carried out on the quality of graduates of horticulture specialty in secondary vocational schools.The finding showed that:Employment satisfaction of employers for the students had been high,but each capability of basic qualities has different performance; Horticultural practical ability had been the most unsatisfactory in professional competence; in employers’ view,the comprehensive quality of vocational graduates and internship practice had been the most important,followed by the moral quality and social skills.Therefore,the teaching objectives must be adjusted in the future; the cultivation of comprehensive quality and practical ability should be paid attention to.更多还原
