一种新型离心式发动机油气分离器的开发与设计
Development of New Centrifugal Oil-Gas Separator for Engine
【摘要】 通过对传统离心式油气分离器的改进与优化,设计了一种新型的离心式车用发动机油气分离器,它以发动机润滑系统主油道为动力源,增设了齿轮传递机构,能较大幅度提高分离的工作转速,从而达到提高分离效果,改善排放性能的目的,对保证发动机机油储量的稳定,确保发动机正常运行,尤其对于减轻发动机污染物的排放具有重要意义.适用于大多数的车用发动机.
【Abstract】 A new type of centrifugal oil-gas separator for the automotive engine is introduce in this paper,by improving and optimizing the traditional centrifugal oil-gas separator,which takes the main oil way of the engine lubrication system as the power supply,adding a gear transmission mechanism. It can greatly improve the separating speed,so as to improve the separating effect and the emission performance,suitable for most of automotive engines.
