【摘要】 政治关联是一个全球性的政商现象。本文系统地回顾国内外政治关联研究的现状和发展趋势,总结和梳理关于政治关联与企业价值、政治租金提供机制的研究,以及关于我国政治关联的研究。在此基础上指出现有研究的不足,对未来的研究方向进行展望,并讨论政治关联研究所蕴含的对于我国政府深化行政体制改革可能的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Political connection is a global government business phenomenon. This paper systematically reviews the status and development trend of the studies on political connection at home and abroad,and summarizes the researches on political connection,firm value and the mechanism for political rent,as well as the researches on political connection in China. On the basis of these,it points out the shortcomings of the existing researches,provides some potential directions for the future researches,and discusses the guiding significance of the political connection researches for the deepening reform of administrative system in China.更多还原
