丹酚酸B神经保护作用的机制与研究进展
The Mechanisms and Research Progress of Neuroprotective Effects of Salvianolic Acid B
【摘要】 综述了丹酚酸B(salvianolic acid B,Sal B)对β-淀粉样蛋白(amyloidβ-protein,Aβ)、tau蛋白毒性及两者引起的PC-12细胞和SH-SY5Y细胞凋亡的作用,及其对神经发生、血管生成的影响。Sal B能抑制Aβ的原纤维成形、聚集,降低Aβ毒性并减少其引起的细胞凋亡;抑制tau蛋白的过度磷酸化;促进神经发生和血管生成。基于Sal B对神经系统的保护作用,故其可能作为治疗神经退行性疾病的潜在药物。
【Abstract】 This paper reviewed the effect of salvianolic acid B(Sal B) on toxicity of amyloid β-protein(Aβ),tau protein and PC-12 cells and SH-SY5Y cells apoptosis induced by Aβ and tau protein,and on neurogenesis and angiogenesis. The results showed that Sal B could decrease the toxicity of Aβ by inhibiting Aβ aggregation and fibril formation,and protect cells damaged by Aβ. Hyperphosphorylation of tau protein could be attenuated by Sal B. Sal B has also been proved to promote neurogenesis and angiogenesis. Based on the neuroprotective effect of Sal B,it may be a potential medicine for treatment of neurodegenerative disease.
